Sue gets top billing for her 10th anniversary.

Anyone with a rack like that hanging at home?

The views from the Ferris wheel were great, particularly so on such a gorgeous day.

Fun on the swing.

Many interactive exhibits.

I grew up in farm country, but the kids got into a tractor in downtown Chicago.

(closest covered parking to Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium (didn't take any photos), and Adler Planetarium)

I hadn't given Soldier Field's history much thought before.

Many Americans need to read this and take it to heart.

Came highly recommended, and I repeat the recommendation.
City views from the Chicago River (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicago_River), just inside the locks.
More while moored in the lock.

Navy Pier looks great from the big lake.

Great views of the city you can only get on a boat on Lake Michigan.

After a evening at Taste of Chicago (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taste_of_Chicago) in Grant Park, walking the Lakefront Trail  back to the car when that sailboat caught my eye.

Some more Soldier Field.
